Enhanced Fertility (Enhanced Fertility Ltd) operates a digital platform that helps fertility clinics speed up time to testing, diagnosis and the start of data-driven treatment. The company points out that 1 in 6 couples globally face infertility while fewer than 2% can access the care they need, and it leverages data, artificial intelligence and remote diagnostics to help clinics make clinical decisions around diagnosis, triage and treatment that are most likely to result in live birth.

The platform provides a fully digitalised fertility patient pathway: clinics onboard patients and request tests and assessments (blood tests, sperm tests, serologies, genetic tests, scans and clinical history), use the AI-driven Enhanced Fertility Report to visualise patient assessments and automate ICD-11 diagnosis, and then create personalised treatment plans with outcome prediction and medication-adherence monitoring. According to the company, its proprietary AI processes health data with more than one million combinations, its development was guided by an advisory board of clinicians, and it reduces clinic admin load by 30% and clinical time by 2.5 hours per patient. Enhanced Fertility also serves patients directly with home test kits, consultations and fertility education, and was founded by fertility nurse consultant Andreia Trigo (CEO) and Frank Sullivan (CTO).
