Healthcare delivery relies mostly on fragmented tools (CRMs, EHRs, Labs, Imaging) and highly skilled clinicians spend 40% of their day on "Administrative Glue”. This burden is worse when the clinical workflows are complex and involve multiple doctors and specialties, the treatment is time sensitive and the outcome is high stakes, like in reproductive, cardiology and cancer care. As a result, providers experience slow throughput, poor outcomes and missed revenue.

EnhancedDx is an AI clinical operating system for complex care, starting with reproductive care. It orchestrates the entire patient journey, from first contact through treatment, so more patients start and complete their treatment cycles, faster.

We differentiate from the competition because we have a proprietary method to build comprehensive knowledge bases for healthcare. We started with reproductive medicine, processing more than 100 clinical guidelines into a structured model of the entire reproductive journey: 6 stages and 74 steps, each mapped with cost ranges, timeframes, blockers, enablers, billing codes, and the governing clinical guidelines, localised per country. We personalise the knowledge base model for each clinic with their own protocols and SOPs, so it reflects how they actually practise. On top of this sits our proprietary no-code flow builder, built on FHIR. It makes us interoperable with clinic systems out of the box and lets us prototype and launch a new deployment in days, not months. Together these mean EnhancedDx orchestrates the entire care journey: reception, coordination, clinical, and billing, as a clinical operating system, not a single-task tool, built by clinicians who have run these journeys themselves.

In a short period of 4 months, we went from developing the solution to closing the first two contracts and currently have 5 more in negotiation. This traction reflects the founding team behind EnhancedDx:

Frank Sullivan (CTO) spent 15+ years building cloud and data integration systems. Was struck that healthcare was making life-changing decisions across systems that did not communicate.

Apart from being co-founders in EnhancedDx, Andreia and Frank are also married and experienced infertility. They are driven by their mission to make care journeys of others less painful and less complex than theirs.
