Deploying XR is Difficult. Arbor makes it easy.
ArborXR is an XR device management (MDM) platform that lets organizations remotely manage fleets of AR and VR devices, install and update apps and files over the air, and control what users can see and do in the headset through a customizable home and kiosk mode. It supports devices from Meta, HTC VIVE, PICO, Lenovo, Magic Leap, DPVR, Apple, and Samsung, and positions itself as the leading enterprise solution for scaling XR deployments from pilot to production. With ArborXR Insights, built on its 2025 acquisition of InformXR, the platform adds learner analytics that track training outcomes inside the headset and sync results to an organization's LMS.
The company was founded in 2016, launched its device management platform in 2017 for location-based VR (as SpringboardVR, later acquired by Embracer Group), and narrowed its focus to enterprise XR management in 2020. Today ArborXR serves thousands of companies across 90+ countries, including more than 60 Fortune 500 customers in enterprise, healthcare, and education, and has raised $25M to date including a $12M Series A in 2024 led by Mercury Fund and Cortado Ventures. It operates as a fully remote team of 60+ people across the US, Canada, and Europe.
